What are you waiting for

To all my YouTube and Tiktok graduates. You know all of you who watched videos of people who been in the business 6 months and you think they know something and they got you believing the BS they are posting about this business. Let me give you some free game.

#1. No one can tell you what's a good location you have to try it out and see. My experience with a particular business type may differ from yours. Hell in my own I have car washes barely making 400 a month and I have one doing 1500. So don't misjudge a location based on your assumptions. What I think may be a good location you may not and vice-versa. Asking about a location is a relative question.

#2. Stop listening to dumb a$$ people tell you not to pay a commission. Vending is a dependant business. Which means we depend on other businesses in order to make money. While I'm NOT advocating for you to do it, I'm making a statement that it's okay and frankly normal for other businesses to ask for commission.

Side note:

Pepsi and Coca-Cola are billion dollar companies, guess what? They pay.

#3 Stop joining these groups asking about routes for sale. It's hard enough building your route as it is people aren't just walking away and if they are they will post it you don't have to ask. You are opening the door for all the scammers to jump in your comments and messages.

#4 This might be an unpopular statement but locations are again relative and what I might think is a perfect location you may think it's trash and vice-versa.

What truly matters is these 3 parts. in my most humble opinion.

1. Machine. Make sure you have a good quality machine. Updated with as many capabilities as possible. I.E card reader, accepts $1 and $5 dollar bills has vend sensor etc.

2. Good choice of products. You don't want to put the same things in every machine because every location and consumer base will be different. What sells in one location might not sell in another.

3. Pricing. Don't belive the hype that you have to charge 3x and 4x what you paid. You over charge you can find yourself not selling squat. It's not about how much you make. It's about how fast you make it.

Any one of these things can hinder you from maximizing on a location.

Lastly, don't over think it, it takes time you will talk to 100 businesses and get 1 yes. It will get easier. When people know you are in the business you will eventually start getting calls asking about your service. But until you get to that point get out here and talk to people, family, friends, associates. You need to make sure you have a professional proposal and contract ready and get out there.

Any questions I'm here to help. If you haven't gotten your 3 in 1 bundle which includes the step-by-step guide to the business, how to find, steal and add to locations, increase sales and understanding it's not just about snack and drink machines I'm trying to create Vending business owners not snack and drink machine operators. It also comes with 4 professional proposal templates and 12 contract templates plus a basic vending talking script when approaching these businesses. You ready to take your business to the next level this is it. Oh and it does contain explicit language.
